Irving, TX - fully onsite

Apply your analytical skills while building hands-on experience in financial services. As a Banking Operations Document Specialist supporting Citibank, you'll receive paid training and learn how accurate document handling supports day-to-day operations.

This behind-the-scenes role is built around careful review, secure information handling, and consistent follow-through. Bring your computer skills, dependability, and ability to stay focused to a structured team that keeps essential banking documents moving.

Your Four-Day or 5 Day Workweek

Daytime Schedules:

Four-day work week: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturday- Tuesday or Thursday - Sunday

Five-day work week: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday

Your Role in the Workflow

You'll sort and examine documents and applications, audit information for accuracy, and process materials according to established procedures. Your work will also include creating electronic files and entering data into internal systems. Throughout each task, you'll help maintain the confidentiality, precision, and consistency that back-office banking requires.

Experience That Can Transfer

An extensive banking background is not required for consideration. Experience in the following fields-or business or financial analysis studies-may translate well to this work:

* Data entry and electronic record maintenance

* Lockbox operations and document processing

* Loan or mortgage processing support

* Work in the insurance field

* Business or financial analysis experience or related studies

* Administrative and office support

* Order entry and processing

* Medical billing experience

Skills and Qualifications You'll Bring

* At least 2 years of experience using a Windows-based environment

* Confident computer use and the ability to navigate multiple systems

* Precision when entering data and checking document details

* Ability to interpret handwritten information, including cursive

* A careful review approach that identifies errors and incomplete information

* English fluency and the ability to communicate clearly

* Readiness to follow established procedures in a structured, regulated setting

* Consistent attendance and availability for your assigned work schedule

* An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred; candidates with a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience will be considered

* Ability to successfully complete a fingerprint-based background screening
